  • Hook It Up Program Launches

    On May 17 and 18, 2016, a group of 24 young social innovators gathered from across the province to kick off a new program called Hook it Up (HiU). The initiative involves unprecedented collaboration among the Socent7, a group of Ontario-based social enterprise organizations. Under HiU, young people are putting their ideas for social change into action while gaining access to peer and expert mentors, $1,500 in financial support toward start-up costs, and training to help participants learn and grow.
